over training is good for you

contrary to what you have heard the only way to grow is to push your muscles to their absolute limits then change occurs. over training is good for you. PARTNER  there ain't no easy way out  you hit the bench you keep going till that iron can go up no more. you see all this guys and ladies at the beach and swimming pools  and they looking all chiseled out well it didn't come easy they worked incredibly hard to attain those results. you have to want it so bad so baaaaaad that you are willing to go  to any length to get it. its all about discipline, dedication ,vision and consistency. frankly i'm not the biggest guy where i work out  but once i come in everyone is asking for tips and killer exercises. its not that they do not know what to do, the problem is that when i start working out it looks like they have been  joking why you may ask?. Its simple i push my self to the very limits damming all consequences and focusing on my goal which is to get ripped working out ain't just about physical strength and stamina it also involves metal strength too. its not an easy task but the question here is how much do you want it, are you ready to pay the price, are you ready to sacrifice?.....
