working out (the prime fitness mentality)

You know honestly it is going to take so much more than walking into a gym or jogging  to get in shape hell i spent over 2 years trying to get that perfect body frankly it didn't happen the first year because i thought going into the gym and lifting weights  was enough but no it is never enough  to just lift weights  there are rules, the prime workout rules  on how  to workout and i am going to explain these rules as we go on i know many of you have been hitting the gym every evening going hard and still  you are not seeing any improvements all that is about to change. what i am about to explain to you is definitely going to be the turning point for you.
   like i said earlier i was going to lay down the the prime workout rules well pay close attention cause its about to happen.

THE PRIME WORKOUT RULES 

  1. Don't let anyone tell you what you can and cant do nothing is impossible once you believe it 
  2. The pain is only temporary but that good physique a'int
  3. Don't stop when you are tired stop when your set is done
  4. Always hit the gym with a goal  go in ready, go in prepared go in FIRED UP!!!!! 
  5. NEVER EVER take the easy way out. GO HAAARD!!! partner its the only way to grow
